Inspired by coastal mornings, neighborhood routines, and the places where people naturally gather, Duffers was created to be more than a donut shop. It's a place where regulars are known, mornings feel unhurried, and quality is never compromised.
Kathryn set the culinary direction for Duffers with a clear philosophy — fresh ingredients, clean processes, and as much made in-house as possible. She personally selected and built the chef team responsible for executing that vision every day, ensuring everything from donut toppings to coffee syrups is made in-house with intention and care. No shortcuts. No unnecessary additives. Just honest food, made fresh.
Shawn brings the same level of intention to the coffee. A lifelong coffee enthusiast, he's deeply involved in sourcing, roasting, and brewing coffee that's balanced, expressive, and approachable — the kind of coffee you look forward to every morning.
