We roast Duffers Coffee in-house using ethically sourced organic beans selected for balance, clarity, and sweetness. Our goal is simple: coffee that tastes excellent every day — whether you drink it black or paired with your choice of milk.
We develop roast profiles that work across brew methods and espresso, then dial in each drink with care — grind, temperature, extraction, and milk texture. Our house-made syrups are crafted to complement the coffee, not mask it.
Duffers Coffee is also available as our private-label whole beans, sold in-shop so you can take the experience home.
